Annual agreements vs. Month-to-month agreements - What's the difference?

Month-to-month agreements are subject to overage charges, should you exceed the allocated monthly number of appointments and/or API calls. Annual agreements allocate a total number of appointments consumable inside of a twelve-month period.

How do you bill me?

Month-to-month agreements are billed monthly in advance using a customer credit card, processed using secure payment gateway Stripe. Direct deposits are available for annual agreements.

Can I do an annual or multi-year and carry over my appointments?

Can I access support on Starter and Growth?

Yes, we provide robust ticket-based support to all of our customers. For the priority response and resolution, times see the Premium Support package. We have up-to-date scheduling API documentation that contains all of the information about OnSched API.

Can I add Premium support to any package?
